Howard Lee is responsible for reserves management, financial infrastructure and fintech. He is also an Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. He joined the HKMA in 2009 as a Division Head and has worked in various areas including monetary management, financial stability surveillance, corporate services and banking policy. He was appointed as a Deputy Chief Executive on 1 January 2018. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Lee worked in the Hong Kong SAR Government in areas relating to economic development, financial services and other public policies.

Gabriel has 20 years' experience in cyber security and technology risk management, specialising in the banking and financial industry. Prior to his current role, Gabriel served as the Regional Head of Information Security (Asia) for ABN AMRO Bank. Before that, he was the cyber forensic investigator for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Back in 2005, he worked in JP Morgan as the regional lead of the ethical hacking team. And Gabriel first started his career as a system and network specialist in Bank of China (HK).

Sam Coco is the Head of Global Information for Fidelity International. Based in Hong Kong since 2011, Sam oversees information security program across the globe while also having management oversight for technology risk and cyber security in Asia Pacific.
Sam has over 10 years of experience in the security field. Prior to his current role, Sam was the Information Security, Senior Manager for Asia Pacific where his role focused on governance, risk and compliance well as supporting security assurance across the region. Previous to that, Sam was part of Fidelity International’s Corporate Security function where he was involved in internal investigations, background vetting and due diligence activities in addition to supporting information security in the region.
Sam started his career in Sydney Australia in 2003 and held a number of technology roles before joining Fidelity International in 2005.

Dirk has over 29 years of Information Security experience starting his career in Melbourne, Australia with Fujitsu. He began working with federal government and defence along with retail, local and state government industries. He has worked in global cyber security teams across various financial services organisations including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank, AIG. Dirk joined the Hong Kong Jockey Club as the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Technology Risk in 2019 and is driving a transformation and move to automate cyber security capabilities. Prior to joining the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Dirk worked as the Global Head of Cyber Security for Australia’s latest Bank helping to build one of the first digital banks in South Africa, Tyme Digital. He is a transformation leader of cyber security delivery and risk methodologies with a strong focus on digital banking and development of cloud strategy for financial services, government, and critical infrastructure services.

Christophe is the Chief Information Security Risk Officer of Mox Bank, one of the new Hong Kong virtual bank. He has over two decades of experience in Information Security Management mainly in the finance industry. Prior to his current role Christophe was the Deputy Global Head of IT Risk and Cyber Security for a major European bank.

Kok-Tin is a Partner in PwC’s Cyber Security Privacy practice with over 16 years of experience. Kok-Tin is also the founder of PwC’s Darklab Hackaday and Hackbot. Kok-Tin is currently the Vice Chairman of ITSMf HK Chapter and the member of security committee of Fintech Association of HK. Kok-Tin has co-authored a number of cyber security and technology risk related guidelines for different Regulators in the region. Kok-Tin has also led ~500 small to large size of security assessment / transformation engagements and has worked across different continents including, Asia, America, Europe and Africa.

Jason Harrell is Executive Director and Head of External Engagement at DTCC, where he leads the firm’s global advocacy and engagement for cybersecurity and cyber resilience, new and emerging technology, outsourcing and third-party risk management. In this role, he partners with industry peers, supervisors, regulators, international standards-setting bodies, government officials and trade associations to address policy initiatives and implement solutions that further improve the resilience of the financial services sector. He is an active participant in several global industry organizations and is also on the board for the Cyber Risk Institute.
Jason joined DTCC in 2016 as the Head of TRM Risk Analysis and Reporting where he was responsible for cyber-risk assessment and performance metrics programs. Paul Jackson first arrived in Hong Kong almost 33 years ago upon joining the HK Police in 1988. Qualified as an electronics and telecommunications engineer in the UK, after a few years in uniform chasing smugglers in speedboats, Paul's past caught up with him and he was asked to lead a tech-focused team to work with all the new mobile phone operators that were granted licences in 1995. Thus, began a long career in technology related crime investigation and cyber-security.
As we moved safely past Y2K, he became a founding member of the Technology Crime Division in the HKP leading cybercrime and forensic investigations. At the same time, Paul worked extensively to develop and facilitate cybercrime investigation, intelligence and forensics training programs for Interpol across APAC and occasionally in Europe. He co-founded the HTCIA Asia Pacific Chapter in 2005 and ran cyber-security for the HK portion of the Olympic Games in 2008 among the highlights.
New adventures beckoned in 2010 when Paul joined JPMorgan, and he was soon to move to New York to build (virtually from scratch) the global high-tech investigation team, which to this day remains a leading capability in corporate America. The time spent heading this global team was full of extraordinary challenges, dealing with front-page news incidents and high-pressure situations.
Paul moved back to Asia in 2014 keen to bring all the knowledge back with him and work with the community in Asia to uplift capability and standards. Paul transitioned into the consulting world and now heads Kroll's rapidly growing Asia Pacific Cyber Risk Practice working to protect major organisations throughout the region. Micky Lo joined BNY Mellon in July 2013 as Chief Technology Risk Officer APAC. Murrey had over 20 years of experience in systems development and deployments, cybersecurity, technology risk governance and auditing fields to deliver business solutions for a global bank, based in Tokyo, Shanghai, Mexico City and Hong Kong.
Calvin Ng, regional director of Cyberbit Ltd in North Asia, is responsible for charting the overall business strategy, executive level engagement, and business operational management in the region.

Jeremy Pizzala is currently EY’s APAC leader for Cybersecurity in the Financial Services sector, with 28 years’ experience in Consulting, Outsourcing and Business Transformation. He is also EY’s Greater China Technology Consulting Leader and Hong Kong Financial Services Consulting Leader, covering both Business and Technology consulting. Jeremy has helped clients across the banking, capital markets and insurance sectors implement large scale technology led systems to manage their Cyber risk. He has also developed novel solutions leveraging quantitative modelling techniques to help clients get a firmer grip on their potential cyber economic losses and the associated responses. Jeremy also has in-house banking experience gained from working in a leading regional bank for 5 plus years. Perry Pow is the Regional Director of State Street Bank & Trust for Asia Pacific. He is based out of Hong Kong and leading a team to oversee key aspects of cyber security and information protection, secures State Street assets and customer data from information risks, support a 24x7 security operation center that is specialized in active detection and countering of cyber threats. He works closely with a global team to help adept and evolve the security postures while embracing technologies like BYOD, cloud security and digital transformation.
He has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services and Telecommunications industries spanning across technology auditing, enterprise risk management, IT governance, risk and compliance, as well as business continuity and cyber security. He was one of the standing committee members of the Hong Kong Whole Industry Simulation Exercise (WISE) in 2015 who contributed to infrastructure design and cyber-themed scenarios. Prior to State Street, he worked for PCCW on fraud investigation and revenue assurance.
Perry serves as the Chair of the Hong Kong Community Support Program of State Street which is responsible for the oversight of community programs including grant making, volunteering and environmental education activities. He led the HK team to win the CSP award of the 2019 and the CEO’s Award for Exceptional Volunteerism in 2020.

With over 11 years of experience in McAfee, Paul has been working closely with customers around Greater China regions. Paul is specialized on data protection technologies from device-to-cloud like Endpoint DLP / CASB / SASE Framework. He has been working as the endpoint specialist for the Asia regions. He provides expertise advice on threats and association with different frameworks such as MITRE / NIST. Prior to joining McAfee, Paul was employed by US cybersecurity vendors as presale consultant and KPMG as the assistant manager. He played a key role in the IT security advisory services specialized in technology risk management, technical security assessment and IT audit advisory.

Yvonne Tsui is the Regional Director, Greater China Region, Menlo Security Inc.
Yvonne has over 20 years of experience in the information technology sector. Prior to joining Menlo Security, Yvonne was the Country Manager for FireEye Hong Kong where she responsible for leading and directing the growth, profitability and market share leadership of FireEye in Hong Kong and Macau. She has driven the FireEye business to a new level of operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness.
She also worked for Symantec through the acquisition of Veritas, managing the enterprise account team in Hong Kong and worked for 12 years of service in Symantec and Veritas.

Frank Versmessen is the (acting) head of SWIFT’s Customer Security Programme (CSP). This programme was introduced to support customers and drive industry-wide collaboration in the fight against cyber fraud. Frank and his team are responsible for the CSP security controls, the customer attestation and assurance processes.
Between 2014 and March 2019 Frank was Head of Regulatory Affairs at SWIFT. In this role Frank and his team were responsible for monitoring the global regulatory landscape, for liaising with regulators, and for identifying regulatory-related issues and opportunities.
Previously, Frank was the Global Head of Post-Trade at SWIFT focusing on equities and fixed income. In this role, Frank was based in Singapore, and was responsible for developing SWIFT’s global strategy in post-trade services.
Between 2000 and 2010, Frank headed various roles within SWIFT’s securities markets division, looking after large infrastructure initiatives, which included projects with major central securities depositories in EMEA, Asia and the Americas.
Frank joined SWIFT in 1996. He introduced the ISO 15022 standards concepts and worked on a range Trade Initiation and Confirmation, Settlement & Reconciliation, Corporate Actions and Collateral Management projects. Prior to joining SWIFT, Frank worked at Euroclear Bank in IT and Product Management functions.

Paul Wan is the Head of Programme and Projects for Standard Chartered Bank. He is responsible for the governance and delivery of the Bank’s regulatory programme and projects in Asia region. Lately, Paul’s focus is to take lead in transforming the Programme and Project delivery to operate in the New Way of Working (NWOW) which aims to improve the bank’s overall effectiveness and responsiveness to client’s needs. Paul double heads as Head of Risk & Control for Operations covering markets of China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

Steven Wilkinson is a Principal in Control Risks’ Asia Pacific practice, based in Hong Kong. He is the regional practice leader for Control Risks’ technology group in the Asia Pacific, and leads on large and complex matters involving investigations and technology in the region. He has particular expertise in leading internal and independent investigations for companies subject to investigation by authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining Control Risks, Steven has been employed in a number of Digital Forensic and Information Security roles within the EU and the MENA area. He also served in the UK Royal Air Force Police as a Counter Intelligence Operative with responsibility for Information Security, Physical Security and Counter Terrorist activities. Ricky is currently the Executive Director, Chief Information Security Officer of a multi-national financial institution. He was also the Head of Technology Risk Strategy & Policy of one of the largest financial institutions in Hong Kong, overseeing the entire technology risk governance framework and various control measures. During his tenure, the institution won the First Computer IT Governance Achievement Award from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and it was the only winner of non-public sector.
Mr Woo has held senior management positions in various international consulting firms, heading the technology risk consulting, IT auditing and consulting services in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Mr Woo has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry.
